Our Vacations (page 3)
For page 1, click

For our 2001 vacation, we went to all the Northern California amusement parks! Two words: "Roller Coasters." We rode them all.
From Stealth (no, that picture is not sideways, we are)...

..to Roar...

..to the Giant Dipper, right here in our own back yard.

It was a great vacation, and we had a wonderful time. Especially Mommy.

In 2000, we went to Legoland for our vacation!

Here I am with Daddy, waiting in line behind a scuba guy made of Lego,
and on the right, I'm taking Mommy for a ride in a Lego boat.

We helped build a record-breaking millipede! This is his head.
Our favorite ride was this really wet wave runner. We did it about 10 times!

We got to build and test Lego cars on a racetrack, and there were entire cities,
made of Lego. Here I am with mommy in front of the Capitol building.

We had a good time.

In 1999, we went to New Mexico, to see Carlsbad Caverns and Roswell.

First we flew to El Paso (this is me consulting with the pilots).
Then we went to the Alien Museum in Roswell.

We saw a really real fake alien, and then we found a submarine outside the art museum.

Mommy says it was a space ship, but I got inside and I'm pretty sure it was a sub.
Anyway, then we went to Carlsbad Caverns.

We explored from top to bottom...
from up in the hot sun on the roof (107 degrees)
to waaay down deep in the cool caverns (57 degrees).

Here's me and Mommy, standing in front of some really giant rock formations.
And then, way before we had run out of neat stuff to do, we came home.

Thank you, my generous Uncle Lee, for giving me a spot on the web!
